Zoey usually has a short vacation after shows. Mostly because I am tired! 

However, Zoey has had an extended time off after our last show. Our soil here is straight sand and it has not rained here in weeks, since Hurricane Irma. Princess has been coughing from all the dust. I have been wetting her hay and the ground in her paddock where it is dusty. Mostly I have been hoping for rain.

Tropical Storm Nate arrives this weekend. Can’t help but feel a little responsible.
