I saw this video on Facebook about a little person surfer, who incidentally I first read about because he was doing yoga and triathlons. I saw his picture and thought, “Well, if he can do a side plank, so can I!” My side plank is still pretty wobbly.

I thought his perspective was interesting, because he feels very much the same about surfing as I do about driving and riding my ponies.
